PERFORMING ARTS

Performing arts have been a significant part of my creative career for more than 40 years, with experience across dance, choreography, theatre, directing, producing and arts administration.

My work in dance began early and has continued throughout my career, shaping the way I think about movement, rhythm, space, storytelling and the relationship between performer and audience. In theatre, I have worked across both creative and production roles, from directing and producing to developing and delivering community and youth projects.

I currently work with Sprout Theatre Company in the Macedon Ranges, continuing my involvement in theatre and performance while developing my painting and photography alongside it. Working across different art forms remains an important part of my creative life, with each informing the way I approach the others.
